Jornal Económico Reports on Newest HQA® Visa Project at IPG 

Jornal Económico is reporting on the latest development in the partnership between Empowered Startups and the Polytechnic Institute of Guarda (IPG). As part of a broader initiative to foster innovation and entrepreneurship in the region through Empowered’s HQA® Visa Program, American investor, Michael Racki, has brought his startup, Seed by Seed, to the incubator at IPG. Seed by Seed focuses on agricultural technology and aims to facilitate access to microcredit for workers and small businesses with low digital literacy. The collaboration highlights the growing role of the Polytechnic in attracting global talent and innovative projects to Portugal.
