Empowered Startups Announces New Partnership with APESP

AICEP recently posted an article on their website about our new partnership with APESP. On July 15, 2025, Empowered Startups announced a new partnership with the Associação Portuguesa do Ensino Superior Privado (APESP), which represents 38 private higher education institutions in Portugal. The partnership will strengthen Portugal’s higher education system, foster innovation, and create new opportunities for researchers, students, and entrepreneurs. It also marks an important step in expanding Empowered’s role in bringing foreign direct investment to Portugal through the HQA® Visa Program, the only government-endorsed program of its kind.
