The Polytechnic Institute of Santarém has signed an agreement with Empowered Startups to promote the incubation of international entrepreneurial projects through the HQA® Visa Program. This partnership aims to boost innovation and entrepreneurship by providing resources and support for global startups. The collaboration strengthens both Empowered Startups’ commitment and the Polytechnic’s role in fostering economic growth and attracting international talent to Portugal.
