On Saturday, October 11, 2025, Empowered Startups was invited to the Canadian Chamber of Commerce (CanCham) in Vietnam for their 2025 Canadian Thanksgiving Dinner and 25th Anniversary.

During the dinner, Empowered Startups was honoured to receive the 2025 Community Impact Recognition Award (SME category) for our efforts to create lasting, positive change through education and business innovation. As proud contributors to the Canadian and Vietnamese innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystems, this award was especially meaningful to our team.

This event, hosted at the Deck Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City, brought together business leaders, entrepreneurs, and community members for an evening of gratitude and celebration. Thank you to the Consulate General of Canada in Ho Chi Minh City for their continued support, and to CanCham Vietnam for recognizing Empowered’s commitment to sustainable, globally minded entrepreneurship.

At Empowered Startups, we believe in building meaningful bridges between countries, communities, and people. Through our SUV entrepreneur training programs, we’ve proudly supported Vietnamese clients in launching innovation-driven businesses in Canada while maintaining meaningful ties to Vietnam. This recognition affirms the importance of that mission.

We remain committed to empowering founders, connecting ecosystems, and building a future rooted in innovation, sustainability, and shared impact.

We’re proud to be part of this journey and look forward to making a difference for years to come.
